“The quality and service of bathroom mountain is good. I ordered floor tiles from the sister company Tile Mountain, they are all part of the same group but I wasn't able to link the orders and we had to pay for delivery of the tiles, grout and adhesive. I appreciate they are coming from different warehouses but after spending £470 at bathroom mountain and £87 at Tile Mountain I was disappointed in having to pay £25 for delivery. I was also considering ordering the toilet unit to match the furniture we ordered as we really liked it but again having to pay for delivery put me off and we decided to keep the toilet we already had.”
