“Really pleased with the tiles and the service was great. We knew what we wanted and the gentleman who served us was great. He usually opens the stores not works in them but due to COVID that had changed. That didn’t matter however as he was super helpful and friendly. Great prices too. Overall very happy!”

“Love my new Fiji bathroom units, one star less because the toilet fittings were poor and had to purchase better ones . The delivery was very quick as I needed in a hurry , would recommend”

“Pleased overall with quality and ease of assembly, however both top and bottom have ugly securing connectors visible externally, and it would have been easy to design it with these on the inside, leaving the external faces clear., alternatively provide covers for the connectors.”

“We were informed that our basin and toilet was being delivered on the 3rd of September , my daughter took the day off work , when it did not arrive , we rang Pall-ex and they informed us they had not received the sanitary ware and would investigate .”
