“Very polite, courteous and helpful customer service. Did not wait 26mins for the phone to be answered (as I did with another online bathroom company recently recently). Speedy delivery and clear information about delivery costs. Purchase is yet to be fitted but looks good quality. Very happy so far.”

“Great product, picked my delivery date, would have liked a narrower delivery time slot instead of 8am - 6pm. But it was delivered by a seperate company. Otherwise extremely happy with all products.”

“Missed items off our order, then failed to deliver missing items on the agreed date. Finally delivered the items 1 week after the first delivery. Products are great but lost three days work waiting in for pallet deliveries.”

“We ordered a mirror cabinet and a soap dish from Bathroom mountain. The items arrived well in time as promised. Soap dish glass was broken so I contacted Customer services and they issued me a Free replacement on the same day that arrived well on time as well. We are very pleased with our stuff. Would like to reorder new stuff from the company sometime when needed again and highly recommend them.”
