“Ordered taps and waste from Bathroom Mountain online; first time customer. Very quick delivery, arrived promptly the following day. Upon opening delivery, noted some slight imperfections on the sink waste and bath taps. Contacted Bathroom Mountain via email, was contacted by Rebecca (Customer Service Assistant) who replied and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. Excellent service, highly recommend.”

“Great website that was easy to order from. Everything came by free delivery as I exceeded the minimum spend. Super delivery service by a really polite and helpful driver. My only suggestion would be that it would be great to know where you where on the delivery list as a time frame from 8.00 in the morning until after 5.00 is a long time with no updates.”
