“Purchased a bathroom cabinet which arrived last week. Very nice cabinet well packed and fast delivery. Sadly one small corner of the mirror door cracked in transit. The response from Mountain was quick and we are discussing alternative remedies.”

“DISSATISFIED with their customer care!!! very poor!!! Not at all helpful!! I purchased a bath and shower sliding doors from mountain warehouse costing £530 the shower door is of very poor quality. The bath unfortunately will not fit through the bathroom door it measures the same as our old bath we can only assume the on suite was built with the bath installed. I emailed and called explaining our problem knowing full well we would have to pay for the returns courier that was not a problem. What we do have a problem with is a 20% charge if the box is damaged that’s £70 off the £350 cost as well as returns . The box came damaged fortunately the bath wasn’t. How do we prove the box was damaged on receipt ? We could have filmed unpacking but why would we ? We wasn’t to know the bath would need returning. How can a company take 20% for the cost of packaging? PURCHASE WITH AWARENESS and caution returns within 14 days are not all they seem.”

“Really competitive prices so gave bathroom mountain a chance, items came within the time frame set, items seem of good build quality. The sink did have a black mark on it but after a good polish managed to sort it out, the sink unit had a little damage to the back but this won't be seen once fitted so decided to let this slide. The boxes that came looked like they had been through world war 2, I think this company's biggest downfall is the delivery company they use (pall-ex), The driver was telling me how unhappy he was working there. So to summarise - If bathroom mountain start offering a different delivery service I would definitely use them again but for the boxes to come to me in the state they did shows me pall-ex has no consideration for the parcels they deliver I would have to avoid which is a real shame.”

“Shower tray arrived with large scratch across it. Item has been refunded but massive inconvenience as had tradesman booked in to fit it so they had to be cancelled costing money. Also, shower door that was advertised as 800mm width is only 790mm maximum, again really inconvenient as walls had to be altered to suit the door costing time and money.”

The arrival of damaged items is not our intention and as mentioned I can see that the item was refunded.
