“I am extremely happy with the customer service. I had a small issue with a delivery and I was extremely happy with the way Bathroom Mountain has dealt with my problem. Apart from that is an excellent product for money! All the things that I have ordered are top class. Amazing! I am a very happy customer.”

“UPDATE- bathroom mountain have been in touch and sent a replacement door. We are very satisfied with the outcome - thank you. We purchased a vanity unit and sink from Bathroom Mountain and paid the horrendous £25 for delivery First of all the measurements were not on the website so we had to contact the customer team who wrongly advised they were already on the site. Doesn’t start on the best foot! The “delivery” wasn’t even to our door, my partner had to meet the driver several streets away as they had sent a gigantic lorry to a residential street. So we wasted £25 to have to essentially deliver our own items. Further to this we have discovered a mark on the door of the unit facing outwards. It is a very obvious mark and ruins the appeal of the unit of which we purchased in very good faith. Entirely disappointed from start to finish and given the fact we didn’t even have it delivered I can’t imagine how we could even return their faulty goods. Over £100 wasted. We needed further items to finish the bathroom but we will not be buying from here we have had better service in our local Screwfix.”

“Won't return my order for free”

“Had no complaints with the order process until my order didn't show up as planned on 9th October, which wasted whole day between 8am and 6pm waiting. Managed to contact someone Saturday who said it had been put on Monday 12th delivery. So had to wait again until 1.35pm for delivery, these were both on working days! When plumber opened boxes some days later found that the valves had not been delivered as per the order! So had to ring again to get these delivered next day, which thankfully they were. Your staff were great, but the whole experience was not I'm afraid. Wasted a day and a half off work.”

“Was a bit worried from ordering as haven't heard of them in the past but no problem, next day pellet delivery as promised, called them up to check ETA and didn't have to wait long for a call back. Delivery chap was nice and helpful. Furniture feel solid, with a toilet pan from soak.com They even photo the pallet the day before. Will use again.”

“Excellent quality radiators, so much better than the big DIY chains I have used for over a decade. Service is also better in my experience. Placed the order and chose a delivery date. The delivery was perfect and couldn't fault it. Turns out I was missing a valve I had ordered. Emailed them, and they responded the following day, they despatched the missing valve and it was here the next day! 10/10 for product quality and service. Would buy again.”
