“First time I’ve used Bathroom Mountain and I’ve been impressed! Bathroom mirror was competitively priced with fast shipping. Only downside was it didn’t come with fittings but that’s down to the manufacturer not supplier/dealer. 10/10”

“Bought two large 3 column radiators. Really pleased with how they look. Although chunky, they sit very close to the wall so don’t look as bulky as some others we looked at. Also delivered well packed and in perfect condition. Would recommend Bathroom Mountain.”

“I was very pleased with my recent purchase from Bathroom Mountain. The phone operator was polite and helpful with our order. Our shower enclosure was delivered on time, was the correct item, reasonably priced and was undamaged. Particular praise must go to the delivery driver who was friendly and helpful, helping to carry our very heavy item up our long drive with a very positive attitude.”

“The products were fine but the packaging was poor. The bath was vertically mounted on the pallet, with its heavy end upmost, and held only with cling film. When the cling film was cut the bath toppled off the pallet and hit the ground, damaging its outer surface. There was no warning label stating that this could happen. Luckily the damage was only to the outer surface of the double skinned bath and does not show when the bath is in situ.”

“Poor service and poor quality. The cabinet purchased has more fittings on show than the photos on the website. A hinge on one of the cabinets feel apart, a replacement was sent out but was the wrong hinge for the cabinet so it can’t be used. And when I have asked for a refund I have had no response.”
