“Quick service but delivery was an extortionate £34.00 for such a small order and package. Never dealt with anyone so cannot comment on service. Was only an online order.”

“Great customer service, very supportive. Just unfortunate we didn't fully appreciate how heavy the radiators were and worried they'd pull our walls down so had to return via pallet, which is rather pricey. Offered support to find a competitive shipping which helped.”

“Love the mirror - it looks great and the light is perfect for dull winter mornings. One criticism is that it could do with having 1 taller shelf as our deodorant and mouthwash has to be stored laying down.”

“I wanted to buy a vertical radiator which was not in stock and I wanted to order it so that when it came into stock you would send it straightaway. Unfortunately this is not possible on the system so what do I do - go somewhere else....not good business for you and you need to change it so people can order for when items come back in stock.”

“Bought a full bathroom suite.were told to book a date for delivery.only at 8am in the morning a delivery driver said he is delivering it that morning with out us knowing nothing about this as we did not book at date.had to take time off work for this.rubbish after service..😡”

“The bath was cracked but I had the plumber here, old bath was tipped out. Was hidden under the packaging so I couldn’t see the damage side!!”
