“Haven't received product yet. Two attempted deliveries one to the wrong address second time did not bother turning up. Said they had no contact details but they had my e mail address and phone number I have now received the product after exceptional help from Bathroom Mountain. I am so pleased I have opened an account and will use you in future. The problem was with the courier company DPD.”

“Ordered one day, delivered the next. The parcel (radiator) was well wrapped and no sign of any damage the packaging which in itself is the sign of a good delivery contractor, and the contents were in excellent condition also. Well done Bathroom Mountain. I can highly recommend this company for price, condition of goods and delivery.”

“good service very quick, one thing i was not to happy with when placing a fairly expensive item there were no delivery charge but ordering a tap for the next day cost £6 delivery and the top was for the unit ordered.”
