“The product was fine, the delivery driver was an absolute rude, incompetent, inpatient horrible man. He was rude to my disabled mum, left the package on the kerbside and walked off whilst trying to speak to him. Considering delivery is £25 you’d think the delivery driver would have had some manners! I’d never order again, even tho the product is good, the delivery was absolutely awful. A real shame. He also dropped the SHOWER screen off the pallet and said “oh it’s nothing””

“Recently bought a few items from Bathroom Mountain, after being let down massively from a well known plumbing company who we all see on the TV. I sent an email off to Bathroom Mountain to see if all the items were in stock, I received an email from a girl called Sham, she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish, went over and above my expectations, I placed my order on Sunday it was delivered 2 days later on the Tuesday. 5 ⭐ service from Sham and Bathroom Mountain. I would highly recommend this company to anyway.”
