“Not a reliable company. We ordered a mirror 3/4 weeks ago and email said order dispatched. Nothing came. Waited few days then called the company. Was told mirror will be with me tomorrow. Next day, nothing came and after a week of calling someone every day, they said they don't have the mirror. So I asked for a refund. Will never order again from these people.”

“Shelves are fixed, so we could not put everything in cabinet. Transformer is loud. We were limited by available width so limited for choice.”

“Another fantastic purchase from bathroom mountain. Purchased a few mirrors for around our office and toilets . Couldn’t be happier with cost , delivery , and quality . Came on a pallet too so was happy with that as there’s minimum handling from delivery guys which I was nervous about with mirrors ! All good will use again”

“My experience with Bathroom Mountains has been 5 star. A company which puts the customer as the number one priority! There was an issue with the courier and customer services especially Sacha went over and above what I expected in order to get the item to me within the set time frame. Forever grateful and as a front line NHS worker they understood my situation and worked around it, even if it affected their end profit. A truly customer oriented company , very rare these days!!! I will definitely be ordering from them again and have recommended them to my family and friends. The items I ordered were of great quality and very well priced. Thanks once again!!!
