“I purchased a Monach Midi water softener as the water in my area is very hard and is having an adverse effect on my eczema. It was easy to order and the website provided good information about the product. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and it arrived in good time. I have no complaints with Bathquest, they provided excellent service. I am having the water softener fitted today so I shall write another review later when I can review the effectiveness of the product.”

“I ordered a Water Softener on the Friday before Bank Holiday. A quick phone call confirmed that it would be delivered on the following Tuesday. Delivery was efficient, well informed and on time. The product is excellent and easy to install.”

“I recently purchased a water softener and phoned a couple of places for advice that was not very helpful. I then came across bathquest in my online search. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and I purchased my water softener from bathquest as a result. The product arrived two days later with free delivery included. I would recommend Bathquest no problem.”
