“Website was easy to navigate and ordering process was very efficient. Order was received in timescale stated and we were kept informed about it throughout the transit time. Unit is waiting to be installed by a qualified plumber so unable to comment on the item purchased itself.”

“It was very easy to navigate the Bathquest website. Prices were very competitive. The delivery was quick and we were kept inform re the delivery date. Our item was delivered on time and it was securely packed. As yet we have not used this item as we have to wait for our engineers to install.”

“Whilst I was happy with the price of the product the delivery was a week late (due to courier issues) i am a tradesman who will not be purchasing from you again as this lateness has cost me money and damaged my reputation due to having to rearrange an appointment. This could have gone so much better. On top of this, the box carrying the salt tablets was damaged and the tablets were opened and spilling salt in the box.”

“So far so good. Ordering slick. Item delivered on 7th day. Only critique, would have liked warning of delivery date. Fortunately as it was early morning I was still at home getting ready for work. Cabinet still to be installed - can review quality at a later date.”

“The HiB mirror we had installed as part of our bathroom renovation was faulty. Bathquest took the matter up with HiB and a replacement was delivered and collection of the faulty one arranged on a day that was convenient to us as well as a goodwill payment (to cover the installation costs of the new mirror).”

“Excellent can’t fault them. Customer service was very impressive. Unfortunately the inside mirror was smashed which was no fault of theirs as the packaging wasn’t damaged at all. I sent a couple of photos and got a reply the same day to say they had arranged for the manufacturers to send a replacement immediately. And it arrived within a few days. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone.”
