“Very easy to make my purchase. The water softener was delivered very quickly which was good as our bathroom was being refurbished and we didn't realise how bad our old one was and we needed a replacement quick. Plumber fitted unit easily and instructions are easy to follow. Softener working well straight away.”

“The item I ordered was showing available with a quick delivery but it is actually out of stock and not due for 6 weeks. I was given the option of refunding but as I opted to hold on back order, was sent a receipt which was nice to have. Sad to see web page has not been updated though. Perhaps I'm in for a surprise early delivery. This is being sold at a good price but not suitable for someone in a hurry to have it.”

“Bought a bathroom cabinet by HiB. Was worried about delivery (direct from HiB) because of an upcoming short break away. Phoned Bathquest to ensure delivery did not coincide with time away. The cabinet was (coincidentally) delivered that same day but HiB called to ensure that it would be ok because Bathquest had been in touch Great, prompt service - and the cabinet price was pretty good too!”

“I cannot comment on the shower yet because I am still waiting on my plumber but all looking good. Bathquest delivered when they said. Given all the problems with the EU and covid it was refreshing to find a company who told me how long it would take. I have run a business honesty really works. Well done.”
