“The service was excellent. Of the two cases the VC10a was perfect but the VC30a needed some attention. Of the two screws holding the bow fittings the right hand screw was not screwed into the reinforcing properly. Had to realign the fitting which also made it easier to fit a full sized bow.”

“There was a problem at the supplier end in the USA which caused a considerable delay but Helen and David were very reassuring. When the product arrived it was well worth the wait. “As a free improvisor on the bass, I used the unusual tuning of GDGD, detuning the lower strings. After a suggestion from David, I moved to AEAE ( all Evah Pirazzi), using the AE solo strings and this has worked much better, both plucked and bowed..”

“Excellent service. Thank you. I had been trying to get a particular Electric Violin from another supplier, but delivery had been postponed four times. I cancelled that order when I found Bass Bags had got the one I wanted and I contacted them with a request to supply.
