“Great service, with speedy delivery. I was impressed by the minimal packaging. Bass Bag on wheels is a very good product; my daughter was quite rough with her last one, but it still lasted a long time. Anne Smart, Abingdon”

“Dear Mr Morgan, I was highly delighted with the telephone service - immediate response and my request met in no more than two minutes - I received from your business, and very pleased with the rest of the service i.e. the pirastro tonica violin strings, the prompt dispatch of them and the safe and secure packaging in which they were sent. But, why have you waited so long - several weeks since the transaction - to ask me to write a review ? I am not offended - I am retired, easygoing and have lots of time on my hands - but I suspect that people who lead busy lives would be very surprised by, and quite possibly dismissive of, a request several weeks after the transaction to write a review. You run your business however you want, but I think that you should ask customers to write a review 10 days after the transaction - while the matter is still fresh in their minds; does this sound sensible to you ?
