“Dear Mr Morgan, I was highly delighted with the telephone service - immediate response and my request met in no more than two minutes - I received from your business, and very pleased with the rest of the service i.e. the pirastro tonica violin strings, the prompt dispatch of them and the safe and secure packaging in which they were sent. But, why have you waited so long - several weeks since the transaction - to ask me to write a review ? I am not offended - I am retired, easygoing and have lots of time on my hands - but I suspect that people who lead busy lives would be very surprised by, and quite possibly dismissive of, a request several weeks after the transaction to write a review. You run your business however you want, but I think that you should ask customers to write a review 10 days after the transaction - while the matter is still fresh in their minds; does this sound sensible to you ? “I really like this shop, there's not many of its kind around... The strings are the best I've had so far, however I'd take special care when putting these on as they will destroy your bridge and cause it to slip, ensure you are very careful when placing these on, especially ensure that the bass is lying down as I have to invest in a new bridge... This shop and the product are really good and I will continue to buy from them and pay a visit in the near future... Keep up the good work, and peace to you all 👍✌️☮️”

“Item received in double quick time great cons Just a thought the cable could be half the length to do the job making it easier to use instead of the need to wrap/ loop excess cable around tail peice”

“My son is delighted with his new bass stand - he really likes the design and the fact that it is portable with a handy carry case. The only difficulty we had was attempting redelivery with Parcelforce but we got there in the end. Thank you very much again.”
