“Excellent customer service with really helpful and knowledgeable advice over the phone. Clarified measurements of bass to ensure best fitting bag ordered. “I'm very happy with the case which is good quality and a perfect fit. Really appreciated the measurements on the website for sizing as often there aren't any and you just have to guess. Prompt delivery as well!”

“As far as I'm aware, Bass Bags is the only company selling a double bass bow quiver with two buckles which I much prefer. The quiver is attached much more securely that way. For my other bass, I had one made to my design by the saddler in my village, but sadly he's now retired. So I was delighted to discover the two-buckle quiver at Bass Bags. Delivery was very quick indeed. Excellent service!”

“Delivered promptly. Fits my bass really well (even though it has really deep ribs at over 25cm). Good selection of pockets for accessories, for bow case, long spike protector and end pin, and for music. Good number of handles in useful positions. Let's hope it wears well.”
