“I placed a order from Bass Bags for the first time a couple of weeks ago, having had the company recommended. My son is a double bassist so its really good to find a specialist company online offering a wide range of good quality double bass accessories. I'm extremely happy with the excellent service received. My son needed a new bow urgently, his previous one broke suddenly, so as well as getting the old one repaired in the future to become a spare, we also decided to upgrade his bow and purchase a new one. Our local specialist shop was closed due to lockdown & they have a limited online service, so he was unable to purchase a bow in person on this occasion. Therefore, after much research and knowing exactly what my son was looking for, we made a purchase from Bass Bags. The aftersales communication via email was good and we received full tracking on the order. It arrived quickly as indicated within 2 days. It was exceptionally well protected in the post by a solid tube & fully bubble wrapped inside. Thank you so much for that, as it was a concern how it would be shipped safely. The bow is lovely, of excellent quality and is exactly as described. My son has practiced with the bow and is delighted with it. I'm pleased with the wonderful service received and we will order from Bass Bags again in the future. Many thanks.”
