“Bought 7/8 cello with luthier setup, upgraded strings and geared pegs. It was turned around very quickly and delivered by their personal service to avoid use of postal service or couriers. Cello was in good condition and makes a nice sound. Communication was good. Happy with service and would recommend.”

“From the initial phone call enquiring about the product to placing the ordering and receiving the product took just 24 hours from Derby to Cornwall. The product was well packaged and trackable via UPS. I can highly recommend Bass Bags and would certainly be happy to buy from them again with confidence.”

“I phoned for advice on a case for my son's bass. The gentleman that I spoke to was extremely helpful and went beyond expectations to ensure that the case would fit a slightly odd sized bass. The case is excellent quality and the price was lower than any other I saw for the same item. The case arrived the day after ordering which was rather a surprise during this time.”
