“Not cheap but a good quality bag, thoughtfully designed. Arrived with no shoulder strap. quick email, quicker response. Strap arrived next day, OK should have been there in the first place but the response was very very good. Very confident to use again.”

“Very prompt service , just two little things that are missing from the normal online retailer. A. There is no acknowledgement of order receipt by email and B, there is no email confirming despatch. Apart from the above which isn`t imperative, I will definitely use Bass Bags again.”
