“I received very prompt and helpful advice over a bank holiday weekend- which was unexpected ! The bag arrived quickly, in secure packaging and is amazing. Fantastic quality, great amount of padding all over and protection over the bridge. The shoulder strap system is very secure and comfortable to carry and the wheels are just perfect for manoeuvring indoors.”

“This is just to say that the cello stool has arrived. Thank you so much for this. Your customer service is superb and it was so nice to see that you had included a card from ’Santa’ for my Down Syndrome grandson. The stool was for a Christmas present so I can't comment beyond this If you want to put this comment on your website you are welcome to do so.”

I have tracked your shipment and it is currently going through customs clearance in the Netherlands. If customs require any information to aid clearance, they will contact you directly.
