“Fast service. Great advice. And to top it all a fantatstic product. I bought a bow quiver for my double bass. The quality is superb and it was very easy to fit and use. The advice was for how to get the best out of my Realist Copperhead pickup. Thanks David and team.”

“I bought a pot of Nyman rosin and it was delivered promptly. However, the top had come off inside the padded envelope in which it was posted. I feared that the rosin may have dried out during its journey to me, but it's OK. From my initial experience of Bass Bags, I'm a happy customer.”

“Just the sort of bass bag I like, lightweight, fits with my extension, good bow holder and pocket. I prefer these bags to the ones which double the weight of the bass. Also very quick free delivery, day 3 of 5 day option.”

“Ordering a new cello case from Bass Bags was very straightforward, and a pleasant experience. When the only case in the colour I'd ordered turned out to be marked, they rang me and gave me the choice of a discount or a different colour. I chose the latter. The courier (Fedex) failed to deliver when they said they would, but that wasn't Bass Bags' fault.”

“So far have only bought a bass pickup XLR mounting bracket - which Bass Bags didn't list - and the guys there couldn't have been more helpful if they had tried :) They ordered in a load of different size clips to try and they didn't fit - they had an XLR at Bass Bags to try them on, they sent me emails to tell me what was happening - when they found a clip that did fit they made me a mounting bracket and sent it out really fast. It's perfect! Very, very rare to get customer service to the standard these guys do and I really appreciate it - I would recommend them any day of the week :)”

“Really helpful on the phone, amazing service, was sent out the same day as I ordered and I recieced it the next day, and I didn't pay any extra for express delivery. Im very happy with the price and quality of the cover, as I'd previously paid the same amount of money for something that started to fall apart after one use and I had to rerurn it. When I looked around the same product cost up to £100 more from other string shops. Here they specialise in the bass and I felt I could trust them more than a stringed instrument shop that happened to have a bass cover.”
