“David was very helpful and explained how the carry strap works. I have fitted it and it is very comfortable. The clip is quite stiff and I hope that it is safe to attach to the cable joining the tail piece to the end pin. I will be in contact in a few weeks about a new bass bag as the long zip is becoming more difficult to operate. If/when it gives out I will be in trouble. The material is really just wearing out.”

“Fantastically efficient service and advice. This case was bought to transport a tenor viol on a flight to Europe in a seat on an aircraft. I consulted Bass bags about finding an affordable case to transport this instrument, provided measurements and was given a suggestion of this case. It arrived the following day and fitted the instrument perfectly. This is the second case I have bought from this company and can heartily recommend them.”
