“I returned for Bassbags because my previous experience with them was good. Everything was fine. This time I made an order of 1. a cello hire package of Primavera 200 (again) and 2. an additional set of strings all delivered in one go. But what I got is the additional set of strings already put on the instrument of P200 package. This is clearly a very bad customer service this time to deny customers' request without notifying them.”

“David was very helpful and explained how the carry strap works. I have fitted it and it is very comfortable. The clip is quite stiff and I hope that it is safe to attach to the cable joining the tail piece to the end pin. I will be in contact in a few weeks about a new bass bag as the long zip is becoming more difficult to operate. If/when it gives out I will be in trouble. The material is really just wearing out.”
