“Knowledgable people with time to talk to us lesser mortals who have no clue as to what we are doing in the world of double bass. Making the leap from bass guitar to db is frightening. David made it less so. Maybe I will never get to grips with the instrument but I feel supported by this team in my attempt.”

“I was recommended this company by a professional bass player as the staff are bass players themselves and so know their business well. Bass Bags' website was comprehensive and easy to navigate, and their prices competitive. I was unsure about which bass strings to purchase and was able, via their website, to email them with my bass' specification and my playing habits and ask for a recommendation. They emailed back within half an hour and I duly purchased one of the 3 strings they suggested as they were also the strings I'd been curious about. Within 10 mins of placing my order I received a telephone call from them verifying my order and checking that they were the best string for the job. They were so friendly and took great care to ensure I had what I needed. They also explained the packaging and delivery process, assuring me I'd get my strings the next day. True to their word, they arrived, the next day. I was delighted in the high level of personal service I received - the best service of any company I've ordered from on line. I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.”
