“The Wolf end pin ball I ordered arrived in good time, was easy to fit and does the job perfectly.”

“The huge shoulderstrap could carry a horse and was quit an overkill to this rather small bag. Luckily I had a smaller strap from a larger bag that suited better. The handle on the short end of the bag is of little use as the other end of the bag will touch the floor/ground when using this. I would prefer a handle in the middle of the long side, so I could carry the bag horisontaly. I liked the massive padding though, good protection of the instrument.”

“I ordered a new bass stool just about as the store was closing. The guy took the trouble to phone me after closing, package the stool up and post it in order for me to receive it the next day. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you. Neil Boxall”
