Service excellent! I was after an odd size (for a G-Violone) so their list of dimensions is why I used Bass Bags.

These guys rock. The delivery speed was amazing (2 days from purchase to sitting on my carpet) and the cello case is exactly what I hoped for. First class.

I needed a lightweight hard styrofoam cello case for a bass viol which I am sending from Kent to Munich. Helen at Bass Bags was extremely helpful and quick, supplying internal and external measurements and the cello case arrived quickly and was very well packed. Top marks and thanks, Helen France

I bought a Nyckelharpa case from Bass Bags: the quality of the case is superb in every way, and the finish and attention to detail are outstanding. The delivery was the fastest of any company I've ever dealt with. Without doubt the best. HIGHLY recommended!

Some of the best service you can find! Firstly, I was unhappy with the seat on the bass throne that introduced me to bass Bags. That was soon fixed by Helen in support. Then, as a complete double bass newbie, David spent a LOT of time on the phone taking me through the important things to consider and answered all my questions. The end result is I have an Eastman V200 with pickup, a bow plus padded bag. They even threw in some rosin as I forgot to ask for some.

Ideal for my USB EWI. Big enough if I upgrade to a larger model. Room to store other items. Very sturdy and good soft packaging inside for the instrument. Good price.

I ordered cello stopper last October(2020) but still I did not get it (Feb 2021 now) and I never get the shipping confirmation. But they charged it on my credit card. I never get back my money!!!!!! Please respond my email!!!!!!

Hi, I've located your order, which is still here, ready for collection as you requested. We emailed you within 24 hours of you placing the order informing you that it was ready for collection. To which you replied, "I'm still waiting for my order." We replied to you by email stating, "You have not paid for shipping for this; if you look at the above order, you have selected to collect the item from us. We contacted you to let you know it was ready for collection and assumed you would arrange for somebody to collect it from us. It is still here waiting to be collected." If you would like us to ship the order to you, we will happily do this. However, there will be a shipping charge. Alternatively, I'll happily issue a refund to your card. I want to add that we have responded immediately to every email that we've received from you, and we will continue to be as responsive in the future.

Very quick dispatch of my violin shoulder rest which arrived well packaged. I had inadvertantly ordered the wrong model but Bass Bags refunded me as soon as they got my email. Their prices are usually the best in the UK and they are a lovely company to deal with. Very highly recommended.
