“I am not one for leaving reviews after purchasing an item that I'm usually satisfied with but in this case I have to say this company took their time out and spent more than 15 minutes talking to me and solving my problem over an Item that was worth pennies to them Service like this is very very hard to come by these days I would definitely Highly recommend this company to anyone In the bass world Thank you for your service”

“The lady on the other end of the phone yesterday was really, really helpful when I rang and inquired about the Superior Bassworks Deluxe Double Bass Strings set in Red as I know absolutely nothing about them and as it was a surprise gift for a friend I needed to know they would fit before I purchased them. I asked if the lady would be so kind as to pop in a specific jokey note as I hadn't told my friend she was getting them but she would guess by what was written who they were from... The strings arrived today wrapped in tissue and a ribbon with a tag attached with my message on, an above and beyond touch written on my behalf by the person id spoken to... Items are excellent quality and the customer service and help I received was exceptional , I highly recommend this company .. and thank you so much for the excellent service”
