“Very good and helpful delivery man who helped unpack, allowed me to try the case and took packaging away. Most impressed, real service. And the case is good , except for the pocket on the back which is shaped and just too small for sheet music, but guess this is Hidersine.”

“What can I say; it's been 24 days since ordering a set of bass strings, still nothing in the mail. The Royal Mail tracking is not working, so I have no idea when it will arrive. Will not use Bass Bags again, sorry to say.”

“A very good steady stand that holds the bass very securely and safely, it's easy and quick to fold up and down and fairly light and compact for transport. As far as I can see from the pictures this stand is virtually identical to the K&M 141 Double Bass Stand but less than half the price. Delivery was fast and free....what's not to like. I replaced the foam cushion on the arms with 22 mm pipe insulation for extra padding and shortened the main upright pole by about 3 inches so the arms now hold the bass at its waist. (my bass is a hawks concert bass and they have very wide shoulders )”

“The bag was exactly right. Perfect fit for the EWI I have bought. With enough padding to ensure the instrument is well protected. The service from Bass Bags was excellent, from my first telephone call to them, through the on-line purchase, to the delivery of the Bag just a couple of days later.”

“I bought an allergy-free violin chin rest after developing a rash on my neck due to the nickel in my standard issue chin rest. I deliberately brought from Bass Bags rather than on amazon, despite the (small) higher price than Amazon as we need to use our specialist music shops or else we'll lose them! As I have never fitted a chin rest before I also wanted to know I was buying a quality item and that I could call the shop or return the rest if it didnt fit/I had trouble fitting it. I was not disappointed. The item arrived really promptly (3 days - probably faster than an Amazon purchase) was straight forward to fit and is really comfortable. Thank you”
