“I ordered a case for a 16" viola. I was sent one for a 17" viola. The label and the invoice both say that the case is for a 16" I've but they are wrong. I have requested information on how to return the case; confirmation that all costs will be refunded; and confirmation that I will not be charged for a refund. I have been asked for photographic proof of the size of the case, which I was sent. I was also asked if I had checked my viola in the case to see if the size was right. Being a professional viola player, that feels true patronising - it's impossible to confuse sizes that are an inch apart because the difference is too large.”

“I made a purchase and received a confirmation dated 24th January stating it will be delivered within 5 working days. It is now 5th of February and I have yet to receive my order. I have made two enquiries to customer service and receive zero explanation. Very poor customer service. Could you please arrange for a refund or let me know how to escalate this.”

“The 'cello stand seems very stable and as advertised, although I have not used it much yet as it has only just arrived. Suggest not using Royal Mail in future as it took rather a long time to arrive even though it was speedily despatched by sender. Could not track the parcel as Royal Mail would not recognise the number from the link.”

“Brilliant service - my daughters cello case delivered to my door in time and even cleverly wrapped up so she would not see what it was as she was in that day. This was all an extra unasked for but delightful detail of care and service. Thanks so much guys!! Lola loved her case too!! Could not recommend highly enough - Bae Bags were in constant contact re delivery and the time slot given was correct - it is these details which make a good company !!”

“Very good and helpful delivery man who helped unpack, allowed me to try the case and took packaging away. Most impressed, real service. And the case is good , except for the pocket on the back which is shaped and just too small for sheet music, but guess this is Hidersine.”
