Very good. Perhaps useful to give price of postage earlier in the booking process. Got quite a surprise as didn't know the cost of postage and there was no way to find out.

Hi Azadeh. Thanks for your feedback. Sorry to hear you were unsure of the postage price. We appreciate how annoying this can be. Which is why we go to great lengths to make our delivery charges as clear as possible. At the top of every page of our website you'll see an image of a delivery van together with the next day delivery price . There' also a link to our "Delivery" page at the top of every page which displays the pricing options. Finally is there is ever any doubt please just click on the live chat button and a customer service rep. can answer any query immediately in real time. I hope this helps. I ordered a gift hamper for my one year old niece through your website. I did find your website user friendly but it lacked some additional features. When I selected this item 'Toddle With Teddy 1-2 Years', it did ask me if it were for a boy or girl but beyond that I wasn't given any information. It would have been better if the buyer is made aware of the difference between the items/features in a boy and a girl gift basket. Since this was the first time I used this, I am not able to comment on anything else. I hope if you can take care of such minute details, the user experience can be further enhanced. Hi Mohammed. Thank you very much for your comments. There is actually no difference in contents. We only ask that question for decorative purposes, so we know which colour of ribbons and bows to use. I was very impressed with the service that I received from Baskets Galore as they went on 3 different days to deliver a fruit basket to my aunt for her 81st birthday. My aunt usually tells me when she is away, but did not this time and once she finally received the basket the fruit was still in beautiful condition and some or it still needed time to ripen, and the basket was beautifully decorated .

Very good website, a variety of baskets to choose for different occasions. Prices very affordable however was disappointed with delivery charge as a lot of other companies offer free delivery. But overall good service!

Hi Vennessa. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery charge. Delivery can never truly be free. If you opt to buy from a company offering "free" delivery, the charge will instead be hidden in the price of the Basket itself. You will spend the same amount of money but your chosen Gift Basket will be lesser in value and content. We prefer to be completely transparent about how much it costs to send a parcel overnight via a fully trackable reputable delivery courier. We find this approach much more honest, and it appears to be accepted by our customers who are satisfied with both the value we offer, and the feedback from the end recipients who are delighted with their Gift Baskets. The gift box was perfect for our colleague who had to have major surgery on her back. The contents of the box were gratefully received, especially the Teddy. The delivery instructions were followed and the gift box was there when our colleague came out of surgery. Thank you BasketsGalore, we shall definitely be using your services again.

Thank you so much for the beautiful basket - you were very quick and helpful and supplied some brilliant items! my friend loved it and it put a big smile on his face after his operation! The only disappointment I have (and actually I have found it insulting), is that after spending close to £120 with you, you offer me a discount voucher of £2.50 to write a review. I wasn't going to, but I thought you should know that after all your brilliant work, you took it away. You can't get much for £2.50 on your website...

My family who received the basket have had a really rough time of late including a the death of my daughter-in-laws Mother. As I was unable to attend the funeral I was searching for a way to help them and let them know my thoughts are with them. They were truly thrilled with the basket which held so many great quality goods. I would have no hesitation in recommending your Company to my friends. The pictures look so good but when the basket arrived for my brother birthday it was wrapped nicely didn't look as good as the prices

Hi Farhet, thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear you were disappointed with the value, despite liking the presentation. I can see you actually created your own fruit gift basket, and so wouldn't have seen a picture at the time of purchase. When we photograph the standard fruit baskets for the website some of the fruit is out on display, whereas to ship the basket all the fruit needs to be securely packaged inside the basket, sometimes in 2 or 3 layers & so perhaps that is why you thought it looked less. Please be assured we always include the fruit advertised and usually also upgrade it with seasonal fruits too or complimentary items. In this case you received complimentary nut mix & sun-dried blueberries. We even included your gift basket photo on the Daily Dispatches blog as it looked so yummy. The basket was exactly as how I had imagined it would be and very similar to what is shown on the website. Only recommendation/suggestion I have is regarding the delivery - as I had paid extra for "Next Available Day - Preferred Delivery Date" it would have been beneficial if a time slot range was offered so that I could have ensured the recipient was home. As it turned out the delivery driver missed the recipient on 2 occasions and the items were received 3 days after the date I had selected. Aside from that, the basket was beautiful and was very much appreciated and admired by the recipient so thank you very much. :-)

Hi Mariela, Thank you for your kind review. We were so pleased to hear you were happy with your "Get Well Favourites" gift basket and we hope it helped to cheer the recipient up that little bit. As we use 3rd party couriers for deliveries unfortunately specific time slots are not available, unless you upgrade to a Pre-10am or Pre-Noon service. Hopefully time slots will become an option in the near future at a competitive price for our customers. In the meantime, to assist with this, we track all deliveries on a daily basis. We can then phone any recipients who miss a delivery & offer them assistance in getting it redelivered or redirected as soon as possible.
