“I just wanted to make the effort to come on here and tell you how unbelievably satisfied I am with your service. I live in France and wanted to send something to my best friend in the UK. The choice was incredible. Just incredible. In the end I spent about £250 and it was so so so so so worth it. The package arrived in pristine condition, it looked absolutely wonderful (I was shown photos) and the food was apparently delicious. I am so overwhelmed by everything and I really thank you and your team for your help. I asked for a few special requests and these were met without any problem. Really, thank you for making his birthday so special. From the Top gear magazine, to newly released DVDs, to delicious cuts of meat, to mouthwatering cakes, to toy helicopters and brain teasers, to honey and other bits and bobs, not to mention an actual birthday cake. What a wonderful gift. I think the only tiny thing I would say is that I couldn't find just a normal blank birthday card to put a message in. But just a wonderful service overall. Thank you Alison”

“Your service has been amazing. I placed an order via internet from Canada, so we have an 8 hour time difference. We had a situation where a close friend's little boy was in hospital, supposed to come out the day the basket was to be delivered, the hospital kept him in longer, so Roma was able to reroute the basket to the hospital for the following day (yesterday) and then, we found out that day that he had been transferred to another hospital for surgery, so Roma came to the rescue again, and was able to re route the basket back to our friend's home address where we hope it will arrive today. I appreciate all the help and consideration at this difficult time and being kept up to date by e-mail. I will most certainly recommend your company and please thank Roma for being so patient and doing such a good job for us. I can't comment on the quality of the actual basket yet, as I won't see it . “I live in the USA and have family in Scotland. It was important to find a website I could rely on and Baskets Galore has been great. I have never had to wait long for any replies to the many emails I have sent them. “A fantastic company to deal with. Your customer service is impeccable. I ordered a relatively small amount of items but wanted them to be presented in a nice, big hamper as part of the surprise. I received a call about an hour after I placed the order just to make sure I wanted to go ahead with that size. I also had an excellent experience using the website chat feature. Again, an incredibly helpful member of the team was able to deal with my enquiry quickly and easily. A high-quality hamper delivered in less than 24 hrs to a very happy recipient. “Ordered as a gift for a colleagues child. Arrived quickly and very well presented. We are all very pleased with the hamper. An excellent range available to be able to create your own basket from cuddly toys to books - much better than other children's hampers available which mainly contain sweets. Will definitely use again. 10/10”

“I had no problem using your website, it was easy. I have struggled to find a family hamper which I would like to include party games, xmas crackers etc, things for the kids and adults. I had one from Lakeland last year but they haven't done it this year. If you consider this for next year I will keep you in mind. Thanks”

“I haven't heard from my Aunt who received the hamper - but from my perspective - the selection was fine, the ordering process not too arduous and the delivery speed was faster than I expected - infact we ended up being 1 week before her birthday but I was being perhaps a bit over cautious. Thanks - would consider using again when a hamper fits the person”

“It is always a difficult situation when family gatherings are compromised by distance. In our case a dearly loved Nephew (to my 90 year old Dad) and my cousin, passed quite suddenly. It was not easy to find a way of communicating with the Scots family how sorrow at their loss. I found online solution through-Baskets Galore', as I did not want to just send flowers. I wanted a lovely gift to my cousins wife, to paper her. I ordered the 'Golden Touch' basket of loving pampering. We were contacted and found that the gift was very beautiful and extremely well received.
