“This was for a Polish friend whose father passed away suddenly, the gift was warmly received, and contents were best quality, it was very difficult finding something other flowers to give to someone for bereavement.”

“I've never used Baskets Galore before but I sent the Great Taste hamper as a thankyou to some special people. I wasn't 100%sure how it would work, however I shouldn't have worried as the feedback from the recipients was that they 'loved the gorgeous hamper'. So I'm very pleased and would recommend you to others looking for something special.”

“I've used BasketsGalore for a number of years now and I can't praise their service and quality highly enough! I live overseas and like to send hampers to my family and friends and they rave about the products they receive. I recently sent two champagne baskets to colleagues and they were very well received! “I ordered late and it was very important indeed that the hamper arrived the next day. I communicated via LiveChat and the person whom I spoke to went out their way to reassure me that it would arrive on time, and that they would contact the carrier (DHL) to stress how important it was. It arrived on time which was a wonderful relief.”

Hi Teresa, Thanks for your review. You didn't create an account, so cannot log in and see the delivery status of your order. However we do send a 'dispatched' and also a 'delivered' notification via email. You might like to check your spam folder for these? “The basket was delivered on time and exactly what was ordered. The recipient liked the quality of the contents and the basket itself! If I was digging for something to improve upon I’d say maybe my message for the card could have been more stylized. Overall wonderful basket and experience! Would 100% order again!”

“The huge selection on offer made it easy to find the perfect basket for my 85-year-old mum. Payment was no problem via PayPal, and I could track the progress of the delivery online. The basket arrived on the day I had ordered it for, and my mum loved it. I will definitely be using BasketsGalore's services again.”

“The basket was lovely and sure made my kids happy but I was disappointed with the delivery timeline. I had selected it to be delivered on a Thursday but the Easter basket for 2 children was delivered just this morning, 2 days after Easter morning.”

Thank you so much for your review Tina. We're delighted to hear the Easter Basket made your kids happy. Regarding delivery, I have investigated this for you, as we had dispatched it for arrival before Easter on 6th April. The DHL courier system shows that the receiver used the pre-alert SMS text service to add a signature release, which requested for the shipment to be left on 11th April, if no-one was at home. This is why it wasn't sent out for delivery until that date. We apologise for any disappointment caused, and trust you will appreciate that the delivery timeline was beyond our control.
