“Hi. The basket couldn't be sent on the requested day due to the Queen's funeral. Your lady email me and gave several options which enabled the basket to be delivered 2 days late but still having the items in the basket we wanted so thank you very much. Kind regards. Ian Jones”

“They are always efficient and timely. I can not review the baskets because they were sent to my daughter i the UK. If past indications are relevant then I am sure they are just what I asked for. One recommendation, in this day and age, is more vegan/vegetarian options. Tanks as always, Rocco Greco”

“I ordered a “With Deepest Sympathy” gift basket for a grieving friend, as I could not come to UK from Australia for her husband’s funeral. The hamper arrived as promised and she was very grateful. The plant got special mention, and the coffee. Both my friend and her daughter enjoyed the treats - and hopefully their day got a bit brighter.”

“Excellent service. Great communication. The recipient of my gift was absolutely delighted too. The hamper is supplied with a bottle of red wine. I asked if this could be exchanged for white and this was done for me with no quibbles.”
