“I ordered a hamper during the very busy Christmas period. I hoped against hope that it would be delivered before Christmas Eve. It was! The service was superb, the price very competitive and I 'm told by the recipients that the contents of the hamper continue to delight. So Merry Christmas and thank you.”

“Our parents in the UK have always enjoyed getting their hamper each holiday season. We live in the US and love being able to have a place that provides beautiful arrangements and on time delivery. I wish the payment page had a US money conversion chart, as I always spend way too much.”

“I received a phone call tonight from my elderly aunt after she and her son received my gift basket with Port and lots of wonderful items. They were thrilled, and said the Port was very good, and they loved the collection of goodies in the basket Thank you for helping me make their Christmas brighter. The basket/hamper was very well received, and delivered without any problems.”

“The hamper arrived on time and was packaged beautifully with a big xmas bow. The quality of the products inside appeared very good ( it was a gift so i didn't get to sample them) the only comment i would make is that i was asked to complete a gift message, which i did but i cant see that this was attached anywhere? ( unless its buried inside the hamper which i didn't want to rummage around in as it was a gift) overall though i would use you again. Thanks”

“Great basket!! My friends loved it, and it arrived at the date I requested although I ordered it during the peak Christmas time. In addition, my payment was not going through online, so I had to place my order over the phone, and Lauren was more than glad to sort everything out for me including the gift cards. I could not have been happier! Thank you Baskets Galore for your sensational service and attentiont to detail.”

“As per the options provided on your order screens I specifically asked for the delivery to be made to my mother on Xmas Eve - ie the 24th December. My mother has just phoned to say that the basket has been delivered today the 21st December. This is not what I wanted to happen nor does it match my specific request. As such the surprise Xmas eve gift I planned for my mother has been spoilt because it was delivered three days too early. Not particularly happy about that.”

“My father always like the hampers that you deliver but I always struggle a little with the e-commerce platform that you use - so as i result i always leave it to the last minute - it has improved slightly over the years but it is still clunky, Colin”

“Our daughter in UK received the basket well before the date we asked it be delivered by. She emailed and said it was the best basket we had ever sent her and that the basket was something she could make use of after the contents were used. That really is a first. The selection in the hamper was excellent Just one thing I would have liked to see on this site was a hamper just in a box so don't have to buy a basket. Not every one likes baskets !!”

“BasketsGalore has long been a favourite of mine. When you live on the opposite side of the world to family and many dear friends, it can be difficult to know who to trust to provide quality gifts at a good price. BasketsGalore has never let me down! Their hampers and gift baskets contain an excellent selection of products and are great value for money, added to which, the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. On more than one occasion, I've had to ask whether an item could be changed (e.g. substituting a soft drink for an alcoholic one), and the service I've received has always been exemplary. I highly recommend this great company.”

“Great service. Firstly we received a reminder about using their website to purchase for this Xmas. Great selection of baskets and the ordering and payment process was simple. Finally I received an email this morning asking me if I had a message to put on the card, which of course I did but had forgotten to do........great customer service”
