Hi Matthew. We are so very sorry for the one day delay. As you are aware the delivery company's lorry broke down, which affected a number of consignments. We were working as quickly as possible to notify affected customers as soon as we became aware of the situation, but the time zone difference in Australia meant you called us before we had time to notify you that morning. The notes on your account show that a credit has been applied to your account, which entitles you to free delivery should you place an order in the future - the details have been sent in an email. We sincerely apologise for the delivery delay, and very much hope that you provide us with the opportunity to illustrate that a delivery delay is not indicative of a normal shopping experience with Basketsgalore. “I ordered a hamper basket with a variety of goodies on Tuesday via the website as I have done so on two other occasions but today upon receiving the hamper I felt very disappointed; firstly I feel that I was overly charged for two very small balloons when it appeared on the website as it was of a bigger size, secondly I ordered a chocolate chip cookies bites tub 140g only to be sent a packet of cookies 120g & thirdly the gift card is poorly designed with no effort. I will not be recommending this website to my friends or family nor will I be purchasing from this site again. Very disappointed with Basket Galore as spend a lot this time. If anything they should refund me for the false advertising & over charging me!”

We are so sorry to hear you were disappointed in the Gift Basket you created yourself Rehena. Our balloons priced at 4.99 GBP are advertised as 9 inches in size. An 18 inch balloon would cost upwards of 13 GBP Our self designed Gift Cards are included on a complimentary basis, unless you opt to pay for the upgraded Luxury Gift Card priced at £2.50. We are sorry if the design was not to your liking. The Chocolate Cookies were replaced with an alternative brand of Chocolate Cookies as we had temporarily ran out of stocks. It is company policy to contact customers to notify them if we make a product substitution, and a complimentary item is normally included to apologise for the inconvenience. We will be investigating this with packaging team. We will of course also be contacting you today Rehena to discuss further, as we are committed to exceeding our customers expectations. “I ordered an Artisan basket for my Dad's birthday. He's an Irish nonagenarian living in England so he was very pleased with the good quality Irish products in the beautifully presented basket. Ordering online was simple and straightforward. I even got a follow up phone call to check the details. I can strongly recommend Baskets Galore and I will use them again.”

“Sorry this is a little late. Your beautiful basket arrived on time which Lisa's neighbour signed for. Lisa was very delighted with the contents and loved everything in it, especially the rose plant. Thank you so much for the wonderful service which I found easy to use online and very speedy. I was also very appreciative of getting an immediate answer to an email I sent when concerned about the delivery, as I found out she wouldn't be home. I know I will use your services again and thank you so much for everything. “Fabulous service. I was contacted by email immediately and "The Team" was ready to make any adjustments necessary. The hamper was adjusted to permit favourite items to be placed in the hamper in addition to meeting very strict medical requirements. I was guaranteed overnight delivery and it was done! Kate said she would call within 30 minutes to take the credit information and she did. NO issues about being overseas! She promised to send a picture of the finished hamper and she did. My husband and I run our own business, we like to give great service and we sure appreciate it when we receive great service. A great big thank you to the people behind Baskets Galore, you made it very easy and trouble free to send this gift.”
