“Really pleased with my basket and in general with the service. I requested help with compiling a bespoke basket so that it would contain no nuts or nut traces (not a service I could find anywhere else!). It took several days corresponding through the website to get this sorted out. Once it was, the staff member Lauren was very helpful and made changes to ensure the basket was as I required. Just one other point. I asked for it to be delivered on a Friday and it actually turned up the day before. Great in one way, but there was a possibility I would not have been in. Luckily, I was :-) Catherine P.”

“I cannot report on the hamper as I asked for it to be delivered to my step daughter on or soon after 21st December However I would ask that the orderiform on the net shows clearly where to put the card details as I am not a n experton the PC and had to get a friend to find out if the order was being dealt with we ranng ang got the order through and was able to pay by card. I think a lot of elderly folk find this helpful to be able to shop this way but it has to be simple to do so!! P Bates”

“I sent a basket to my sister a couple of years ago, the first time I had ever sent a hamper as I was always a bit worried about quality. I was over the moon with her response to the point that I have sent another this year. It offers quality, value and a great choice and as my sister lives in Ireland, convenience.”

“Hello, just wanted to let you know that everything arrived as expected. I live in the USA and my daughter now lives in the UK. I ordered a gift basket to be delivered to her and she was absolutely thrilled with it (and trust me, she is not easy to please!) I was uncertain about how to do all this and went I went on your web-site I was immediately asked if I wanted an on-line helper to chat with. I wish I could remember his name because he was so very helpful and patient. Anyway, my daughter and I had a great experience with your company and I wanted to share that and also that I plan to use your site many times in the future to let my daughter know that we back here are always thinking about her! Thanks again!”

“The ordering process is well set up and easy to use. However, there did not seem to be a place where one could add a message to go with the basket. If there was one on the initial page I missed it - it would be helpful if one had the opportunity to add such a message at any point in the ordering process.”

“Having received an offer of £5.00 of my order following ordering a basket last year when I tried to use it was curtly told in email live chat the written offer had expired. As I had already promised my mother I would order the hamper which came to in excess of £200 I continued with the order. I will be watching to see if hamper arrives on scheduled day but as it currently stands I will not use this company again.”

Hi Pauline. I am very sorry to hear this. Unfortunately the offer was an "Early Bird" offer for orders placed before the end of November. However, as a repeat and valued customer we would of course have honoured this for you. The Live Chat facility is not the best platform to communicate on, as it is very much for instant correspondance in the form of short clipped Q&A by a number of representatives who wouldn't be familiar with your order history. For enquiries such as yours it always much better to email our sales dept. or ask for a call back and a senior member of the team would be able to action this request for you. I can see from the notes associated with your order that we were able to fix a mistake made with the delivery address - and as such I hope this may have gone some way towards restoring your faith. “The web site is excellent showing all the various selections of gift baskets you offer and describing them well. The only problem I had was the Password- didn't have one, and did not know one needed to be created, or what for. Did not explain it needed to be 6 characters- I sent a note on the Chat line and your fellow, sorry I forget his name, was very helpful. I would explain the password better, or eliminate it completely unless you need it for something. You guys take care- lot of crazy stuff happening over there; here as well. Gary Romes”

“Easy to use website. Very good choice of baskets covering a wide price range. when I had trouble processing payment the customer service teal emailed me and by arrangement rang me in Australia to complete the order. The customer service staff were helpful and efficient - hopefully the delivery process will be as smooth !!”

“Lovely hampers, beautifully packed, and you get a lot for what you pay. The only downfall is that a day before delivery was supposed to be scheduled i received an email saying that one piece of the hamper is missing so delivery had to be delayed , which is a shame as i really needed the hamper to get delivered on the chosen date. Had the stock been checked at least 2 days prior to scheduled delivery, we could have averted the whole situation. Nonetheless i understand it is a busy time especially for gifts so it is completely understandable... recommendable!!”
