“The contents were lovely, but there was no greetings/gift card/message to say who it was from, despite this being on the order. Not really acceptable, especially at Christmas.”

“Package was delivered in a timely manner, even during the busy holiday season. This was a fast and cost-effective solution to send a (much appreciated!) Christmas gift to someone in the UK, without having to deal with post-Brexit issues of custom taxes and additional delays for sending a package from the EU.”

“Delivered when they said they would and both recipients at different addresses were very pleased with the contents. However one annoying thing was that the messages to each recipient were mixed up and the wrong way round. But no real harm done. Thanks”
