“Ordering from New Zealand For UK delivery, I wasn't sure how things would go, but I was kept in the loop from the moment I placed my order until it was delivered and as promised the hamper was delivered next day. Highly recommend this service and recipient was pleased with the hamper! Thank you”

“I sent your Great Taste Award Gold Duo Hamper to my sister who lives in Essex. Our aunt, and our only remaining direct relative, recently died in a rest home in Co Antrim. I live in New Zealand and I wanted to thank my sister for her frequent visits to our aunt, her care for her and for looking after her affairs on my behalf. My sister was absolutely delighted with your hamper, as you can see from this extract from her email to me: “I have just spent a happy ten minutes unpacking your fantastic hamper. No need for you to do this – however we are very happy that you did. Thank you very much. Lovely wine, chocolates, shortbread , coffee, marmalade etc etc- all put away now in the fridge or cupboards. It will all last for months! A lot of the things I will keep for Christmas. Very much appreciated, we will enjoy consuming the goodies even more than we enjoyed unpacking them.” So, thank you, a really high quality gift (and a great service; my sister lives in a rather hard to find little place in Essex). I appreciated your prompt updates as to what was happening with the order. I would highly recommend you and will use you again. Barbara Rea”

“I ordered 2 baskets, one sparking hamper with cheese, pate, crackers and sparkling wine for my parents. They were blown away by the presentation and the quality of the contents. AMazing value and great service. the second basket was a twin baby hamper for my best friend, which was beautiful! she couldnt believe how cute it was, with items for both twins but not too matchy matchy, which was good. Amazing selection of hampers, great speedy service and baskets looked great on delivery! two very happy recipients. THe only negative was the payment, as there was no online payment facility, so i had to be invoiced and pay through paypal. Not a big deal really, but just not the most user friendly, but a great company and products, well worth it! thank you!”

Hi Samantha, thanks so much for your review. We are delighted that both you and the recipients were happy with the gifts. I just wanted to advise that when you order single baskets you can certainly pay online using credit card or Paypal. We also have a multiple checkout for when customers order more than one basket, like yourself, as sometimes companies use it and wish to pay by cheque etc. We are working on enabling online payments on this checkout too though for ease of use. “Dear Baskets Galore, Loved your web page design and for ease of use, and also the selections offered, however, I felt your Get Well gift baskets were lacking in offering anything for the customer who doesn't drink, has diabetes and can't eat sweets or anything with sugar or too much salt. I would really like to see more choice for this category. Thank you, Annie Bonner.”

Hi Annie, Thanks so much for your comments. I noticed you placed an order on one of our sister sites and so perhaps our full range of get well gift baskets were not on offer. We also offer fruit only get well gifts, ones with cheese & crackers and also pamper or puzzle themed ones, but I will certainly pass your comments on to see if we could offer more non-sweet themed ones. “I was so happy to stumble on this site, some great hampers with nice touches such as magazines etc, really great when sending to someone with a get well message. The hamper arrived relatively quickly and was very well received, the only thing was that the card with message did not appear to have been included. Beautifully presented, and lovely fresh fruit, highly recommended. Will definitely use this company again, and will recommend to friends.”

Hi Christine, thank you for your lovely comments. We were happy to hear you were pleased with the get well gift basket you ordered. With regards to the gift card message being missing, we are very sorry if this was the case. I can only think that perhaps it wasn't noticed in the overall packaging or perhaps it came loose during the packing stage. I can see the message has been detached from your order OK & it is then stuck into a gift card and the envelope attached to the gift basket itself. I would offer to ring the recipient for you to pass on the message but assume they know this OK by now, so instead I offer our apologies and assurance that this is a most unusual occurrence. We also brand our boxes with our name & contact details so it is easy for the recipient to get in touch with us, should the need arise.
