“My sister's horse foaled last week - a really big event for her an I wanted to let her know I cared. Unfortunately I live in Belgium and know diddly-squat about horses. Baskets Galore helped me create a unique gift basket of items for both the horse and my sister and then hand delivered it the next day. From Belgium it would have been nearly impossible to send fresh carrots, apples, hay and oats without their help. They even found Polo mints - a favourite of this horse.”

“I live overseas and my parents live in the UK so being able to order something online for delivery is vital. I loved the fact I could design my own basket - including everything they liked. Easy site to use and prompt delivery with status updates along the way. I will definitely use again in the future!”

“There are so many choices of baskets and it seems very good value for what you get in them. Had a little problem with the payment site which was irritating as this was my first visit but when it did work it was very efficient. Overall the service has been good, just waiting for the delivery.”

“I usually do the on line shopping as I live in Australia to save on postage. My last order you charged 25 pounds for delivery I could have posted a gift from Australia for that amount !on the web you were quoting 7 pounds when I was ordering my initial order showed I wanted 3 of the same items. Did you charge me for three deliveries and not 1”

Hi Wendy, thanks for your feedback. Our next working day delivery option is indeed £7.99 (Mon-Fri) so I looked up your order & see you actually selected the upgraded Saturday delivery service. Unfortunately couriers here charge extra for this as it's a non-standard, special service and we subsidise this further to £24.99. Hopefully in the near future delivery companies will include Saturday as a standard day. I tracked your delivery & see it successfully arrived on Saturday morning. We hope she enjoyed the gift for her birthday. Kind regards, the BG Team
