“I live in the United States and have a lot of family in the UK. It was wonderful to be able to use Baskets Galore to show we care. Billing was also very easy as well. This was my 3rd basket this year and everyone loved them.”

“I ordered a Hamper for my Dad (92 yrs old) for Fathers Day. I had a problem with the website and spoke online to Maria's who was very helpful and changed the delivery date when I mistakenly put in the wrong date. I was a bit shocked when I received a notification that it wouldn't be delivered till the Monday after Fathers Day but it did arrive (on the Friday) and my Dad was thrilled. It included a puzzle book and he was so pleased. I live in Spain and Dad lives in Glasgow so I am delighted with the choice and selection on offer. Thank you BasketsGalore.”

“The firm support of "Lauren" and "Melanie" caused me to stay with Baskets Galore even though each time I purchased a gift for delivery in the UK my bank blocked the payment from my own account. Calls to my bank resulted in them saying they were not blocking payments. They were! Help by Lauren and Melanie resulted in success of deliveries. I could not have done anything without the assistance of these two that I have named. Thank you to both of them”

“I live in NZ and I've sent baskets to my daughter in London before (this is the third time Ive sent one of the selection of baskets/hampers). Its so nice to know that what is advertised is exactly what is delivered - my daughter loves the contents - thank you all so much. There was one thing that I was a little disappointed in was the rose plant in the basket didn't have any perfume.”

“Fantastic service and excellent quality. It was a present for a very difficult birthday (someone whose daughter had passed away 6 weeks previously). The member of staff who took my query over the phone was very sensitive to the situation and gave me great advice. She even arranged for another member of staff to personally deliver the hamper as I’d missed the deadline fir next day delivery.”

“I ordered a hamper for an invalid cousin's special birthday. Unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong address, 20 miles away, by DPD. They said they would 'look into it' and that was the last I heard. When I contacted BasketsGalore they acted immediately, delivering another hamper by their own staff. I could not be more grateful or appreciative. They arranged with DPD to collect the original hamper from the other address, where the owner had already contacted me to say it was safe. The hamper received by my cousin is excellent and I am very satisfied with the actions of BasketsGalore in this emergency.”
