“A great shopping experience, AND a beautiful basket! Delivery was quick, the fruit was fresh, and the gluten free chocolates - well, my daughter shared...but she didn't really want to - there are - they WERE - delicious! We received great customer service and a wonderful product - thank you so much!”

“The option to choose and fill a basket was ideal for the type of gift I wanted to send. Customer service was prompt and helpful as I had a quick question I needed answering before I could finish my order. Being able to track and get realtime notifications on my order and shipment was another plus, as I am in the US. All the items were arranged and presented beautifully, my friend loved her gift.”

“First of all, the purchase experience was amazing. I had all my questions answered through the Chat. (Many thanks to Chloe!) I wanted to surprise my parents during their trip with a gift basket. They were staying at a hotel, so I was not very sure if the delivery was possible or how would it work. I was adviced on how to do it and guided through the purchase procedure. When the day came and the gift basket was being delivered, I received email notifications to track the order so I was always informed. My parents loved it! It was beautiful! I ordered "What's yours is mine". All products were nicely presented and the basket's decoration was supreme! Excellent service + Excellent product!”

“Very happy with the section of products and ability to add whatever I want to a basket. The menus were a little hard to navigate and I seemed to only be able to select the first sub category in each section. I purchased a card but there didn't seem to be an option to write the gift card message inside this item - I'm not sure if that will happen as I wrote a message later during the checkout stage or the card will be blank. Overall I'm really happy but the website could be simplified with improved menu navigation.”

“I cannot comment on delivery because my items are not due to be delivered until closer to Christmas hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. I can however say that the service from the Sales Office was very friendly and helpful. I have been using a different company for Christmas hampers for some years now but have noticed this year that they have become more expensive and are no longer such good value, then I remembered that I'd used Baskets Galore on a previous occasion for a Golden Wedding Anniversary present which was lovely and very well received. The Christmas hamper selection is good with a fair price range so it was not a difficult choice and I look forward to using Baskets Galore in the future.”

“I was searching for the perfect gift for my friend's birthday in the UK (I live in France) and had so much choice from Baskets Galore. I requested next day delivery and she received it without issue and told me that it was beautifully presented. Two very happy customers. The whole process was very quick and no problem making payment using a non-UK card, or using a non-UK address for the billing address, as I have experienced with other sites. I will certainly use your site again. Thank you”
