I was recommended by my friend Melitta Openshaw and found your service absolutely awesome. My daughter who received the basket, was thrilled to bits with all the goodies inside. I was so happy for her I wished it had come my way instead of her way! Tracking was so easy and the closer it got to her the more excited I became. Delivered on time, in tact and she sent me pictures and it looked scrumptious! Thank you so much for getting this all done in such a professional manner. This was worth every cent I spent. Thank you. Dear All This is the third year that I have ordered one of your products and I am more than happy with the outcome. The products were of extremely high quality and delicious and came in attractive packaging, appealing to the eye and the palate. Delivery was punctual and without any hitches whatsoever. Above all, I enjoyed the courteous and personalabke emails from the staff when I first ordered. With a young family and working full-time, my sister and her husband were delighted that they could get more or less all their Christmas shopping delivered in one go at their doorstep. Basket galore choice of gourmet hampers are the best around (I did a lot of searching!) and at the right price. The lovely mix of savoury and sweet goods of great quality too makes them very tempting...even for me! I am pleased to say that this was my second year of ordering from Baskets Galore and my friends who received them loved them Siobhan....a very happy customer

I have been using Baskets Galore for several years to buy hampers for our family and tenants in the UK since we moved to Hong Kong for work, the hampers have always been well received and praised for their high quality produce. Delivery has been timely even at short notice and now you can add mulitple addresses the ordering and delivery is much easier. All in all a great company dedicated to a high level of service. It had been a couple of years since I last used your hamper service and I could not remember that I had even opened an account with you, let alone what my password was. So I went in to your website as if I was a new user, but because you had my email on record, your system would not let me do this. So I had to go through the process of asking for a new password and this took me three goes before I finally got the new password. So I found my initial attempt to use your service very difficult and abandoned my order. A couple of days later I went back in with the new password and had no trouble placing my order and my overall rating of "good" relates to that. However, as someone who uses online systems a lot and usually has no problems, I was surprised at the difficulty of changing my password the first time and wonder if you should check out your system around that procedure.

I like the website, it is well organized. I like the ample choice and variety of the bundles on offer and at every price level. I also like the combinations in each bundle. I found the prices very competitive.

I am not that familiar with the Uk adresses and once i entered the address it kept telling me that I had the wrong postal code. Would also be good if you had a money converter for currency so i can tell without using one myself what the actually cost is in Canadian dollars. Thank-you Brenda Gillis PRAXES Medical Group

I used your company to send my friend in England a basket for her 80th birthday. The ordering process was easy, the biggest problem being making the decision which basket to send. It arrived within two days and she was absolutely delighted. She I explained the contents to me in detail over the phone and said she was very excited because she never received a basket like it before.

This is the second year that I have used your company to send a Xmas present to my father in England from Australia. He received the present pretty quickly but he had no idea who it was from. I did use your message box to append a Christmas greeting but he said there was no card/details attached. He is nearly 90, and may have missed the message card but it wasn't obvious to him if it was there! With an aging population in England (and Australia), maybe you should make the message cards stand out and be very obvious, particularly for older people. I would imagine that most of your clientele is corporate based and my feedback is relevant to a small customer base. Keith Camish k.camish@outlook.com

Hi Keith, thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear your father did not receive his gift card. Our client base is actually a mixture, but with the majority of gifts going to individuals. We are very careful to include a gift card with each basket/hamper as we know how important it is. The card is attached to the hamper itself, with the exception of Christmas time when it is attached to the outside of the box but is still clearly marked to draw attention to it We're sorry if he missed it on this occasion. We also send all our gifts in branded boxes so as the recipient can easily contact us if they need to check anything, but we appreciate if he did not wish to do this. I actually tried to put in another order but because of the address, it wouldn't let me put the order in. An error message popped up. Maybe because it is a flat? I really wanted to send a gift basket to my dad. Is there a way I can get this done?

I used your service last year and everything went to plan. The recipient said she was delighted with the products. So pleased we have come back to order from you again this Christmas - I missed a phone number on the order and you were quick to ask if I could supply one which I did. Again a good service. Would have no hesitation recommending you to others - we live in Australia and this is an excellent way to send gifts to UK. Only disappointment I was sent a code for 2-50 off next order last Christmas but when entered was not recognized so assume it was time expired.

Hi Jens, thanks for your feedback. As we use 3rd party delivery couriers unfortunately we are restricted by their time frames of delivery during working hours, unless you upgrade to a morning delivery. We hope in the near future we will be able to offer delivery slots. If you include a mobile number for the recipient they tend to receive delivery updates too which sometimes narrow it down a bit. The recipient will receive a calling card if not at home with details on how to arrange another delivery attempt. We also track all deliveries so that we can offer assistance or redirection to another address. Thanks again for your order & feedback. The BG Team

I ordered from Canada for a delivery in England and found it so much easier than I expected. The online chat was especially helpful as I had a few questions, and I got great guidance this way.
