“The Basket was delivered on the Day I asked for, But I also stated to be delivered in the Morning am or late Afternoon I also stated - DO NOT LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOURS. Which was ignored and the order was left with a neighbour. My Friend did eventually receive the basket and she seemed pleased with it. Being I live 250miles apart I am unable to say if I was pleased with the basket, I relied on your good will, and hoped it was. But overall I was pleased with the service.”

“Unfortunately to say, my son was very disappointed with the gift. I thought I was purchasing a non-alcoholic gift but my son reported to me that there were several items included in the gift which contained alcohol. I really don't know what to say. It was a sad Christmas surprise when I was hoping to be doing a nice thing.”

“Did not receive the basket on the day I hoped even though I allowed extra time for delivery as its you busy time of year! Truly awful service. Made for an awkward Christmas Day phone call when my family member thought I had not bothered to buy them a gift. I short you have ruined my day and upset an elderly family member. Thank you”

“I've just purchased my second basket through Baskets Galore - both times for my grandmother. She has been absolutely thrilled with both of them (one birthday and one Christmas). The selection is great and I couldn't believe how quickly my order was processed and delivered before Christmas. Can't recommend highly enough!”

“A lovely gift for my daughter's future in-laws with whom she is spending Christmas for the first time. The combination of alcohol-free (teetotal household) and several gluten-free items (future sister-in-law is coeliac) was exactly what I was looking for. My daughter says that the contents are of very good quality, and 'mother-in-law' was really excited to receive it.”

“There was a good selection of hampers, and I had previously had difficulty finding good hampers without wine or non alcoholic drinks (always a personal taste for the recipients). This site had what I wanted and the hamper was delivered close to the requested date. The recipients were delighted. Ordering was easy and communication excellent. I would definitely use this company again. I would have given an extra star if the hamper had been tailorable, as with companies I've used in America - ie. you select the basic hamper, but can add optional items (at a cost of course) such as a box of Godiva chocolates, or a box of chocolate liquors.”
