“Tried a North American based 'worldwide' hamper delivery service and had nothing but issues. They even wanted me to send a copy of a bank statement as verification before processing the order, depite having an excellent credit rating. With BasketsGalore not only was the price more reasonable for a similar range of product but the delivery was made to my aunt in North East England within a couple of days with no issues whatsoever. Would use again.”

“Delivery arrived on the day selected. Although I ordered a fruit basket this is was a congratulations on your baby boy gift and was only stated in the message box. The complimentary gift card was selected by baskets galore accordingly which was a nice touch. :)”

“Firstly Thankyou, I was reluctant to send a hamper after our last was not so good, a friend recommended you and I am so glad we did, you really cheered my poorly friend up, prompt service and well informed of each stage great quality too apparently...defiantly use again 👍👍”

Hi Karen, thank you very much for your feedback. Whilst we were delighted to read that you were happy with the gift basket, we were disappointed to hear the recipients did not know who the gift was from. We take great care to ensure a gift card message accompanies each basket. Each message is printed and stuck into a complimentary gift card themed for the occasion, so in this case a 'new baby' one. I have traced the preparation of your order and can see this particular basket was already boxed when the paperwork was produced & so this means the A5 sized gift card & envelope would have been placed into a packing window/pocket & attached to the outer delivery box alongside the delivery label. A sticker is then attached to the pocket to tell the recipient their gift card is located inside it. We can only assume that perhaps the recipients did not take the card out or it somehow become detached in transit. We sincerely apologise if it was missing and have made a courtesy call to the recipients to pass on the message you had included in your order. We do also include our contact details on our branded delivery boxes, so please be assured it is easy for the recipients to get in touch with us if they ever do have a query about the gift they receive. “I ordered the La Dee Dah hamper for a friend 30th. While the hamper doesn't specify that it can be made custom for milestone birthday my friend has got card, birthday candle and spoon that says 30th. It made it the hamper that bit more special, thanks Basket Galore.”

“Ordered on Tuesday evening and received on Thursday. Arrived in a sturdy box so no risk of getting damaged in transit. It's a gift so not fully opened as yet but looks lovely - well presented and the gifts look to be good quality. Pleased with products available on the website and the chosen product so will no doubt be using BasketsGalore again in future”

“Excellent!!! It's my first time to order from Baskets Galore and I'm very satisfied. I ordered a birthday basket and sent for my boyfriend as a birthday present. They were able to deliver it on his birthday. He loved everything in the basket and was very happy. The basket presentation was very nice too. Thank you!”
