“Despite me making a mistake about my delivery date, the service from BasketsGalore in rectifying it was fantastic as they are a brilliant company. I have used them for several years now, as their hampers are first class and I've ordered 3 from them for Christmas this year. Hi Maxwell, I am sorry if you did not want your order delivered until closer to Xmas. When you checked out, you selected 21st November as your preferred delivery date. Please check your order confirmation email. We did reach out to you via email on 22nd November to ask if you meant to select this date, but no reply was received. We are receiving a large volume of orders on a daily basis. Some customers want delivery ASAP, and some choose a later date. We trust you will understand that when we didn't hear back from you, we decided on the course of action that we thought best met your instruction, and delivered ASAP.
