“As i said in the email. My family just received the gift basket and they were very disappointed with it. The quantity of the fruits was very very little and the passion fruit wasn't fresh. We expected more since we paid £45 for the basket.”

“I sent one of your large fruit baskets to my mum for her birthday. She is a fruit addict and was thrilled with the variety and quality of the inclusions. The red rose was a lovely touch and my little niece loved the green ribbon it was tied up with for her St Patrick's day outfit. Well done, baskets galore, I will order from you again. “Fantastic service, always. I've been using this service for years and they have never let me down. I live in the UK and use this mostly for sending gifts back to friends and family in Ireland. They definitely go 'above and beyond' to sort out potential glitches before they could become major issues such as scheduling deliveries for just the right time or any time I had issues with online payments. They are always extremely helpful and that is why I give them my repeated custom. Everyone on the receiving end seems to love the baskets of treats too so it's a 'win-win' for everyone!”

“My experience with Baskets Galore was great. My only difficulty was trying to decide which of the baskets to order!! I also forgot to write a greeting card but was immediately contacted by a member of staff to see if i would like to add one. From when i added my message it was less than 24 hours until the recipient received the beautiful basket.”

“As usual it was all very last minute and I need a present without nuts and seeds. I contacted them by email and had an immediate reply back saying no problem. I placed an order by phone - both people I spoke to were extremely helpful and sorted out replacement products. The delivery arrived the next day and my parents love it. This is definitely a winner.”
