While the recipient hasn't received the gift yet as it is set for delivery on February 1st I am already thrilled with the service I have received. My father lives in England while I live in the US. Finding and shipping gifts is very difficult due to our long distance not to mention shipping costs! I was so happy to find a place where I could buy a really nice gift basket at a reasonable cost that allows me to schedule my delivery date and allows me to purchase with my US card. The best part has been the customer service. I forgot to add a card to my order and a company representative reached out to me within a few hours and asked if I would like to include a card as my order did not have one. So far this has been an amazing find! I can't wait to hear how my dad likes it and will definitely order from them again!

I ordered from abroad and had the basket delivered in Ireland. I found the service super helpful and quick. The person I gifted the baskets to absolutely loves them and I had to do very little! ????

Everything was delivered and we were very happy? However, the delivery options are not at all clear on the website, please make them clearer. We have no idea what the difference between standard and express is, the "next day delivery' option does not exist, and it is really unclear. We have no clue when the item will be delivered; thanks

Hi Dominic, thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear you were confused by the delivery options. In this case the 'Express' option is the next day option and the little calendar at checkout allows you to select your preferred delivery day so as you know when it is scheduled to arrive. We have taken your comments on board however, and will adjust the wording to include 'Next Available Day' again as it was previously. Kind regards, the BG Team

You have very helpful staff but the order has not yet been delivered so we do not know yet how efficient you will be with this order. Incidentally, we found an error in the spelling of the name of the people being sent the basket. We telephoned and a helpful lady accepted the correction and promptly sent a confirmatory email showing the revised order details. Thank you.

When one of my nieces had her baby a year ago I found BasketsGalore online and took the chance of using them to send a gift basket - she and her husband were delighted with the contents, describing it as 'the basket that keeps giving' as they found it contained many great, quality products that suited their son. Another niece had her baby this week and I had no hesitation in becoming a BasketsGalore repeat customer!

I was very impressed with the variety of gift hampers and the thought that went into each one. I did have an problem with the delivery of my hamper (was the fault of ParcelForce), however this was resolved very quickly and efficiently by one of your team members. My sister-in-law was over the moon with the hamper and it made her week. Will definitely use you in the future and recommend to friends and family.

This is the 2nd time I have used Baskets galore. I live on the other side of the world, so it is difficult ordering something to be delivered in the UK, but this company is excellent. Due to the time difference there was an issue with me reading an email from the company regarding delivery of my order, so I called them as soon as possible and they wer very helpful, even calling the delivery company to change the destination of my delivery due to unforseen circumstances. Thank you very much, highly recommend them!

Your website is easy to use and the live chat feature is fantastic. I had an issue (didn't know recipient's unlisted phone number) and Jason 'talked' me through options in real time. I do think you could improve the ability to edit one's order BEFORE moving on to payment. I found the address was wrong on my first attempt and had to completely exit and start order over from scratch (but my selection was still in the shopping basket :). We think your selections are marvellous. The ordering quite easy. And three different people have been totally thrilled to received a Basket "sent" from us (half a world away)

This is the first time I have used your website and was very impressed. Easy to navigate through and place any orders. The choices of hampers are the best I have come across, a lot of thought has gone into each one. I ordered the Mind Over Matter basket for my sister in law following a hip operation and she absolutely loved it and the fact there was stuff in the basket to keep her mind working as well as goody treats. Once I placed my order I had to request a different delivery date and this was dealt with with very professionally and quickly and the date changed. I will definitely be using you again and recommending you to friends and family.

Due to a serious health issue with a family member I had completely forgotten about my sister-in-law's birthday until the day! Baskets Galore couldn't have been more helpful even going so far as to have a member of staff deliver the basket on their way home to ensure it got there on her birthday and not a day late. My sister-in-law was thrilled and sent me photos of her with the hamper which was stunning and exactly as shown on the website. Will definitely be using again!!!! Customer service above and beyond the call of duty deserves that much

I can see via your Tracking Details that after several delivery attempts by DHL, your Gift Basket was arranged for collection as requested. From the DHL calling card left, you would have been given information on how to reschedule or arrange your collection. I ordered a £116 Hamper for my parents for Christmas on 27th November and I selected a delivery date of 16th December. I was only to find out later that the Hamper had not been delivered and when I called Baskets Galore on 16th December at 6pm in the evening to chase the delivery, I was told abruptly by Baskets Galore that they make "best endeavors" to deliver on selected dates and that they were very busy at this time of year. You would think they would be better organised knowing that it's the Christmas period ! My elderly parents waited in all day on 16th December for the hamper to arrive, only for the hamper to be delivered on 17th December and BasketsGalore had the nerve to blame DHL for the delay. Having seen the DHL tracking information, it was very clear that the fault lay with Baskets Galore. Their customer service was atrocious and they couldn't even check over the phone where my delivery was ! They were really unhelpful and rude and blamed everyone else for their error. I'm amazed that they still have customers. The hamper was satisfactory when it eventually arrived, but I was appalled by their service, especially as I was told they were a family business where I would expect them to take more care. They did refund me the delivery charge, but this is not the point. I don't see the point of ordering a hamper 3 weeks in advance and having the option to select at date for delivery when Baskets Galore don't both to respect the chose delivery date and just deliver the hamper whenever they want or they can ! Spending £116 on a hamper I would expect a much better service. I will definitely not be ordering from them again and I do not recommend that anyone else orders from them either. Their staff are in serious need of customer service training in this day and age of technology and service and need serious improvement in their customer engagement skills.

Dear Ruth. Having spent time in various telephone conversations with you we are disappointed - but not surprised - to read your review, as you made your intentions quite clear to the junior customer service rep. with whom you spoke. We do stress that delivery is not always possible on a specific date, in the last few days before Christmas, due to the high volumes of packages in the delivery network. Our Christmas delivery charge is minimal, and our customers understand that they are not paying for a guaranteed day service, which would command a premium charge. We did advise you within 5 minutes of your call that delivery would be made the next day, and apologised for the inconvenience caused. We are delighted to hear that your Parents enjoyed the Hamper upon receipt, but disappointed that because delivery was made on 17th December rather than the 16th, this will prevent you from ordering in the future.
