We love everything about Baskets Galore! From preset baskets to customized hampers, from economical to extravagant, the products are quite good. And even above superior quality, the customer service is outstanding! Purchasing an Irish product from the U.S., for London delivery couldn't be easier. Ontime deliveries, attractive presentations, friendly & helpful assistance by email & telephone, all combine to make a pleasant experience for the buyer & recipient. To anyone looking for a truly lovely catalogue of a fine range of gifts to be delivered in the U.K., I can highly recommend Baskets Galore!

We were very happy with the selection of hampers and the speed and efficiency of the service. The recipient was really surprised by the gift and appreciative of the hamper and contents which suited her tastes well. Highly recommended.

So helpful and accommodating, and very fast delivery. Can't recommend them enough. My friend is far away from his family in hospital and the box really cheered him up. Thank you baskets galore team! Will definitely be using again for future gifts

One would think looking at your social media pages and website that your company is nothing short of a delight - a company that not only cares about the quality of their product but also their customers. One would be wrong. When My husband and I purchased the gift basket - specifically the Cheesy Sunshine Basket for my mother in law a week before her birthday we noticed they don't deliver on Thursdays: "Weird, as it is a weekday, but oh well. We'll have it delivered on Friday so she can enjoy it through the weekend." So Friday morning, we wake up excited to win the best child award for our creative gift and what comes mid morning but an email from one of your employees named Lauren. Informing us that there was an issue with DHL the delivery company and not only will it not be delivered today but not until Monday. They were very sorry for the inconvenience and would be happy to call "Melissa" to send their apologies...my mother in laws name is not Melissa. Customer service was clearly starting on a wonderful note, I had my sister n law call to complain as my husband and I live in the states and we're having trouble contacting the company. She calls, and was treated with an attitude and zero remorse for the product being unable to arrive when it was scheduled. Lauren then sent off an email to my husband about this phone call, clearly disgruntled (I bet her gift basket didn't arrive either) After a few exchanges between them Lauren offered an upgrade as they could not refund us the money - we asked it to be delivered today as we wanted her to enjoy it over the weekend. No confirmation email was sent that it would. It was delivered, not upgraded as discussed. My family and I will never be using your services again, I haven't dealt with such a lack of care or pride from a company before. So to my mother in law, who will enjoy this review far more that your week late, non upgraded gift basket and terrible customer service...Happy Birthday!

Dear Rachel. We really are incredibly sorry. Unfortunately - and frustratingly - we are forced to rely on 3rd party delivery agents. In the rare occasion that something goes wrong we do our best to put it right in the only way we can; by being honest and upfront with our customer’s and making them aware of the issue, by offering to contact the end receiver to apologise, and by offering an upgrade and/or monetary compensation. We are sorry we used an incorrect name in the email - as already explained we were simply trying to personalise the email, and didn’t mean to cause offence. We are also sorry if your Sister-in-law was not happy with the responses from our advisor during her phone call. It can be difficult dealing with another person who is not involved or aware of the circumstances, and is making requests that we can only discuss with the purchaser. Please be assured that sincerest apologies were extended for the inconvenience, and our offer to contact your Mother in law directly to explain that it was our fault was declined. With regards to the refund we could offer this, we just couldn’t offer it and a free product, as was being requested. As for the upgrade I can assure you that this was actioned, and we will email you privately with the list of additional items. In 14 years of trading we have never received such a negative review, and it is exasperating when it is has been based on a delivery issue, over which we had no control. May I reiterate our sincerest apologies Rachel. We are so very disappointed to have caused you this upset. We completely understand the emotional and time sensitive importance of our product being delivered on time, and we are very sorry that our delivery agent let both yourself and ourselves down. We trust the Gift Basket was enjoyed upon receipt.

I was in a bind because the vendor I used last year to send a gift to the UK was having trouble processing my credit card. I had only one day to purchase a gift and have it delivered. I found BasketsGalore through an internet search. I was relieved when my friend wrote to thank me for the gift. He even sent pictures. Everything arrived in good condition and looked great! Thank you, BasketsGalore, for coming through for me.

Easy ordering, arrived on time and the recipient loved it. One thing that's tough is providing a local number when the individual is laid up sick and you don't want to disturb them.

Our US company wanted to send a congratulatory gift to our colleagues in the UK. A gift basket seemed the perfect solution. After visiting several websites BasketsGalore offered the best in product variety and price. The ordering process was simple and expedient and the basket was delivered in a timely manner. The recipient was happy with their gift of the Diamond Bounty Hamper. I would highly recommend BasketsGalore for their excellent service and the products they offer.

I ordered a basket of Wine and Cheese as a birthday present for my son. I tried to order on the web using a postage free coupon they posted. Unfortunatly it didn't work and they were out of the office, so I sent an email expecting to be contacted the next day. To my surprise I heard back from them within the hour. I tried again to order the next morning and it still wasn't working so I used they chat function on the site. And someone sorted it out in 5mins and I was able to order using the coupon. This is really good service. The order was depatched to my son the same day I ordered it and he received it the next day. He was thrilled. It was well packed and exactly as described. I will not hesitate to use this company again and would highly reccommend them to all. Thank you

I sent this basket as a care package to my daughter who is away in summer camp. Your choice of contents was excellent compared to other companies I reviewed. The size and quality exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my daughter loved it!

Great choice of goods, however, online checkout was a real ordeal. My order was for delivery to a Residential Care Home, which I keyed and, my preferred payment method was PayPal. Each time I was transferred to PayPal checkout, it would drop the Care Home name and password list the St address only, showing it incomplete at the Place Order stage. After several failed attempts to edit or over-write, I was forced to use card payment only - not reassuring enough and very frustrating as an overseas customer in NZ.

Hi Ian, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry about the trouble you had with Paypal, but unfortunately the address information Paypal pulls through is set by them and not ourselves. We too find it frustrating. We advise our overseas customers not to worry about the address information Paypal shows, but go by your BasketsGalore order confirmation instead. When you are directed back to our website after paying with Paypal you will see the full delivery address as you entered it & that is the address we go by. We also address check all orders before dispatch. If you ever notice a mistake in your order just pop us an email through or livechat with us and we're happy to help make amendments.
