“My friend was thrilled with the hamper, unfortunately it was left at the hospital reception and on the Saturday morning and did not make it to the ward until Monday, when she had gone home....hospitals fault, but she did get it eventually. I do miss the 'make your own hamper idea, I used to use it a lot and find the range a little limited now, but overall still the best service out there and, as I said, my friend was really cheered up.”

“I ordered a birthday hamper for my dad as I am currently living abroad and could not be at home for his birthday. The basket was delivered on expected day and time and was full of fabulous food items. My parents loved it. Fabulous service, friendly staff who responded to my email promptly to change delivery date. Will definately be ordering from them again!!”

“I noticed after my order was processed that the date was wrong for delivery by a month. Your amazing customer service people fixed everything immediately and let me know.If the basket is as good as your service it will be amazing. Thank you so much. Heather”

“From Dianne McConville, South Australia. I ordered a basket in January to be delivered to Yung Tran, Flat 603 Latitude Court, 3 Albert Basin Way London E16 2QP. I ordered online and received a reply from Sarah (I think that was her name) who was wonderful helping me with a special order. She asked if I could change the delivery to Friday as there were perishables, which was fine. I skyped my daughter in London to tell her the parcel was to be delivered Friday morning. There was quite a mix up with the delivery. It did not arrive so Adele contacted your office who confirmed the address with the driver twice, but he said he had the wrong address and had tried delivering it twice unsuccessfully. He then left the parcel somewhere. Adele contacted your company again and you pulled out all stops, arranged the parcel to be picked up and couriered to her, even though it was after hours. Your manager followed this up with a phone call to Adele. Your customer service was nothing short of fantastic; it was just a shame that the driver seemed to have communication problems. Please note that the poor rating was due solely to the driver/delivery - your product and customer service was excellent. I am about to order another parcel so I hope we have an easy delivery this time. Your products in the parcel were absolutely wonderful, so I am pleased to be a return customer. Regards Dianne”

“Firstly I was very impressed with the selection of products available, I was then pleased that the payment system was not as onerous as some that I've used & everything went through OK first time. After making the transaction I realised that I needed to amend the message tag, so sent an email & got an almost instant response from a 'real person' that offered to help & make my life easier...what a refreshing experience!!! The package was then delivered far quicker than the advertised duration. Overall delighted with the service & would highly recommend it to anyone.”

“I made an order yesterday for my mother's birthday. I made a mistake and put my address for delivary instead of my mother's address in Ireland. I called customer service to change the address and it was done straight away, no problems. I was really impressed with the service. Will definitely use baskets galore again in the future.”

“My basket was delivered the very next day. It was well packaged and looked absolutely beautiful with flowers and ribbons in just the right colours. To be totally honest I only ordered this basket because you were the only company I could find who had stocks of Scottish Fine Soaps Arboria range - which I love. But in order to get this I had to pay also for a basket so I placed the order with some reluctance. However now that I've received it I'm so glad I did. I will definitely use this company again and will recommend it to friends. Oh and by the way - SFS are not planning to bring back the Arboria range any time soon so I hope you have large stocks! Thank you. Helen Graham”

“My Mum was having a knee replacement and I thought flowers were a bit of a boring choice so I went online and found this site. From start to finish the whole thing was so easy and they accept paypal. The basket was delivered the next day and my Mum loved all the treats inside. She thought it was ideal as hospital food is bland and when you're not feeling well all you want is a tasty little nibble instead of a full meal. The email updates were so helpful and friendly! I wouldn't hesitate to send one of their hampers again. It's something different! The service is so fast that if you got caught in a pinch and forgot an occasion it would get you out of trouble!! There's a great selection here too to suit all tastes. Brilliant experience!”
