“I had a little trouble placing my order due to some technical difficulties on the website, but not too worry as Lauren in customer service was first class in helping place my order, even going out of her way to call me in the US! Hamper was promptly delivered as planned and my folks were more than happy with what they received.”

“I've used your website a few times now for xmas presents, overall very happy with the purchases and product quality which is why I go back to using you, however I have found the site more complex to use this year, I was looking for the same hamper I got the last couple of years and couldn't find it at all, had to manually search, generally found the searching engine has really gone downhill compared to previous years, I struggled to find my purchase. Not great and I wasted alot of my time, its only that the product itself is very impressive which is why I still buy from you.”

“Although I do not know if the basket has arrived yet, the customer service was very good indeed. I rang 3 times with various queries, including needing a longer message to be included because it would not fit in the online message box, and they were very helpful saying I could email the message and they put it on a larger gift card for me. They got back to me to confirm this had been done. As my order was made just after 12pm, they also agreed to do their best to get it sent the next day, even though I just missed the deadline, and I believe it was sent the following day. Thank you very much!”

“Ordering online from Australia as a gift for family in England. I did my research, took my time and I chose Baskets Galore from the MANY available services for two important reasons. 1. The product list did not include grocery filler junk items such as corn chips, water biscuits, basic jam and the like. A Christmas hamper should be a bit special and based on genuine gourmet products or it seems ho-hum and disappointing. 2. It was difficult to find hamper choices that were not loaded up with cheap wine. My family are quite able to select good wine that they like - and do so, by the case! After all, we have some family members living in Bordeaux. I needed a hamper of good ‘other stuff’. Sherry or port - fine. Chateau Ordinary red, white and fizzy - no thanks. This hamper seemed to meet these criteria particularly well. Much better than the equivalently priced competitors and far less expensive than Fortnums! :-) Communication was thorough and friendly as well. I’ll be back next year - or perhaps earlier. Many thanks.”

“I live in New Zealand. I rang first for some ideas. Spoke to a lovely lady, who was helpful and patient, with a beautiful accent. I ordered her suggestion online, which was a reasonably straight forward process. The hamper I ordered was to go to my son's family in Chelmsford. The hamper arrives in less than two days. OUTSTANDING! I would definitely use Baskets Galore again and will recommend you to as many people as I can.”

“this is one of the better websites for ordering hampers. I looked at a number of sites and this was very competitively priced, the pictures shown correspond to the list of products that are included in the hamper and this is important as I was buying this as a Christmas gift. ( some other sites show nice pictures, but when you look at the detail, what they show isn't necessarily what you are getting) Its great that baskets galore have the option to have the basket delivered to a separate address to your own billing address, not all of the other websites allow this through their on line ordering service. The process from viewing the hampers through to payment was very easy. I will definitely keep this web address in my favourites as I will be using them again :-)”

“I always use Basket Galore to send Christmas baskets to our customers. Their website is very easy to use and I can send all baskets in one transactions, they even saved our customers address, so all is very quick and efficient. More importantly they have a great selection of non-alcoholic hampers.”
