“Quality product, good service but I had a problem. I ordered to have it delivered on 27th Jan - my Mother's birthday. I got a message from delivery company DHL saying it was going to be delivered. I then pressed the button to say that they could leave it by the front door as I heard my mother was going to be out for a lunch. DHL then changed the delivery to 30th because of a change of instruction. Disaster. No way back. Not your fault but it occurs to me that you could anticipate this by asking when I ordered if it had to be signed for and if it could be left in a safe place. Not blaming you but DHL's system, which I understand, yet I think you can overcome it.”
