“I use the service all the time. As a man, its great. Minimum effort leads to maximum results. All special occasions are covered. Log in, click, deliver. Then i sit back and wait to be told how thoughtful I am when the hampers are delivered!”

“Absolutely amazing service. I messed up and missed sending my Mother in Law a birthday present, or so I thought. I ordered the hamper on Friday afternoon, thinking it would be delivered either Monday or Tuesday, missing the birthday by a couple of days, but it actually arrived the next day in time for her birthday on Sunday. I am so happy and I know she will love it as this is the second hamper I have sent her, there are things in there she would not buy herself, but she really enjoys all the special treats.”

“Very good service and quick delivery. I ordered the 'Life as Mum & Dad' gift hamper for new parents and their new born son yesterday, and it had reached them by 10am this morning. The recipients have are very happy and have informed me that they can't wait to start trying the items - they were delighted especially to receive some gifts for themselves as well as something for the baby and were very grateful with this thoughtful idea. My only suggestions for improvement are as follows: I would have appreciated email updates when the basket was either delivered or en route to delivery as my order seemed stuck on 'despatched' on 'My Account' and it took me a few attempts to get the 'Track My Order' feature working. In addition, I would have liked to see a picture of how the actual basket/products looks before they were sent out. While there is a picture on the website before you buy, it was not clear to me which of the toys featured in the picture would be included or what the whole package would look like once wrapped & delivered. Of course, this is just me being picky as I am a little bit of a control freak and prefer to see exactly how the final product will look! However, I have still rated this product & service as 'Very Good' regardless of these minor points because neither detracted from the overall quality and service. Thank you, Basket Galore.”

Following your Order Confirmation, you would have received a Dispatch Email with a link to follow delivery. In addition, later a Delivery Notification would have been sent. We are reachable via phone, email and live chat so we would be more than happy to help with any queries. Also, we take requests for photographs and sending one is no problem at all. “We were very pleased with the quality of the products; everything was as promised in the information on the website. We were also especially pleased with the speedy delivery. We live 'off-road' and our house is difficult to find, so many companies have several attempts at delivering goods, but BasketsGalore delivered on the expected date, very shortly after the order had been placed.”

“My daughter lives in the UK and I live in Australia - I have sent many baskets - some I have packed and sent others I have ordered from the UK stores and sent her. She is a lovely polite girl and will always acknowledge them - but this last one I sent her from Baskets Galore and I have had several raves about the present from her. She is still enjoying the gift - her birthday was on the 7th January - I have not tried your products - but my girl has travelled the world and lived in Belgium for a year - she knows her wine and cheese. I believe you do Aussie wine - a plus for me of course - she has been very very happy with the lovely gift that you sent and you responded her request to send it to her workplace. Thankyou Baskets Galore - hey do you do this in Australia???”
